Q: Should CBD oils be taken with food?
A: Our CBD drops and sprays are designed to be taken sub-lingually. This means they are absorbed directly into the blood vessels underneath your tongue, which is why we advise you to hold them for 90 seconds before swallowing. If you simply ingest them directly (with or without food), most of the CBD will be lost through the digestive process before it can be absorbed.
Q: Does CBD oil have any nutritional value?
A: Our CBD oils and gummy bears are classed as food supplements, but CBD is not considered a nutrient by itself. Our Active oils have added vitamins, botanicals and/or minerals – you will find the nutritional values for these additional components on their packaging.
Q: Do Vitality CBD products contain any sugar?
A: The only Vitality CBD product that contains any sugar is the CBD Gummy Bears. You would get 0.98g of sugar per gummy bear.
