Lemon balm is another naturally occurring ingredient extracted from the leaves of the Lemon Balm plant, which is actually a herb-like plant. Lemon balm is well regarded as a powerful antioxidant, whilst also helping the body to relax and unwind after a long day.

5-Hydroxytryptophan, or 5-HTP as it is helpfully known, is an amino acid that may support the body to produce serotonin. Serotonin plays a critical role in helping regulate many psychological processes; a serotonin deficit is thought to be a contributing factor to poor sleep.
