Free* UK CBD delivery

Any orders placed before 3:30 pm on Monday-Thursday for locations within the UK qualify for free 48 hour delivery. On Fridays, any orders placed before 3:30 pm will arrive on Monday, whilst those made after 3:30 pm are expected to arrive the following Tuesday. This excludes delivery to Northern Ireland, which can take up to 2-3 working days.

*For Next Working Day Delivery, a £5 shipping fee applies.

 

EU/EEA/International CBD Delivery

Due to technical limitations, Vitality CBD is not able to fulfil any orders to addresses outside of the UK at this time. This is due to circumstances beyond our control. We apologise for any inconvenience. We're working diligently to find a solution for this matter in the second half of 2025. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

Buying CBD

All of our payments are processed through NomuPay (formerly Total Processing), and you can read their privacy policy here. Payments can be made in any card currency with no fees. Please don’t close the payment page until you’ve been returned to our order confirmation page.

 

Returning CBD

We only guarantee to process a return if the wrong order has been dispatched. All other issues will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. The shopper has the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If the shopper does cancel their order, they will have their payment refunded within 24 hours once the goods are returned & received by Vitality CBD. If the goods have not yet been dispatched, a refund will be issued right away. Goods must be returned in the state they were sent, unopened and unused. If the shopper has experienced an issue with the product itself, then this issue must first be raised with Vitality CBD before the product is returned.
