Meet the Vitality CBD Team - Kinga

Getting our products to your home is no easy feat – many pieces must be in motion on the board before the game is won. Our warehouse operations manager, Kinga, is the mastermind making sure everyone and everything is properly organised and on time. From organising packaging to forklift driving to shipment negotiations, she does it all with anything between a smile (when earned) and a sarcastic joke (when deserved).

Below, we find out more about what makes Kinga say “good job!”.

1. Tell us a bit about what you do at Vitality.

I manage warehouse operations, overseeing inventory, shipments, and ensuring smooth daily operations. I find it rewarding when everything runs efficiently, and the team works together to meet deadlines.

2. Vitality’s team is overwhelmingly made up of women (11 out of 12 people). How would you say this shapes your experience and the workplace culture here?

The strong female presence fosters a supportive and collaborative environment – surprisingly free from dramas, jealousy and unhealthy female competition, like I used to experience in my previous jobs.

3. What’s a topic that you’re fascinated with? Or an artist/author/creator you’re always happy to get more content from?

Recently, I discovered artist Irena Aizen – fell in love with her realistically unrealistic paintings.

4. Tell us a bit about a woman that you admire or find inspiring.

I admire all women who continue to work on their goals, despite facing difficulties or obstacles. It’s not always the well-known public figures that inspire me, but the everyday women who quietly keep pushing forward, no matter the challenges.

5. What are a few of your favourite things?

If I think about my fav thing, this must be my Grandma's homemade dumplings – love 4ever😃
