If you’ve ever had a CBD question to ask or an order issue to resolve, chances are you’ve had a chat with our lovely Debs! Always helpful, knowledgeable and caring, she’s the close and personal voice of Vitality CBD that our customers truly appreciate.
We asked Debs a few questions to help dispel some of the mystery.
1. Tell us a bit about what you do at Vitality.

I am Vitality's customer services manager and UK accounts manager. I like to keep everybody happy!!!
I love to chat to all my customers. It’s rewarding when you recommend a product to a customer and get a call back after a couple of weeks when they find it's really helped them. 😊
2. Vitality’s team is overwhelmingly made up of women (11 out of 12 people). How would you say this shapes your experience and the workplace culture here?
We all support each other – we are a team. All our strengths come together to make one super powerhouse!
3. What achievement are you most proud of so far (either personal or in the workplace)?
I am most proud of my children – and my wonderful home…. It’s a do ’er upper – but we’re making good progress 😊
4. What’s a topic that you’re fascinated with? Or an artist/author/creator you’re always happy to get more content from?
I really enjoy true crime documentaries and podcasts… fascinated by the psychology behind it all.
5. Tell us a bit about a woman that you admire or find inspiring.
My Nan, for solely raising 3 kids in the war and supporting her husband with Parkinson’s – and holding it all together.
6. What are a few of your favourite things?
I love a Wispa Gold…. Or, if I’m feeling fancy, dark rum chocolate truffles!
I like to belt out a good Whitney power ballad in my kitchen because the acoustics are awesome.
My favourite places in the world so far are Lake McKenzie on Fraser Island, Australia, and the terrace at Schloss Leopoldskron in Austria.
