If you want to find out more about the meaning of “driven”, she is the one to follow! International student, working to high standards, sometimes shy in person but a social media butterfly, Martyna is as happy to help pack your order as she is to teach you about the ritual of making a matcha chai.
We explored what drives Martyna with our questions below.
1. Tell us a bit about what you do at Vitality.

I work as a warehouse assistant at Vitality. What I find most rewarding about my role is the opportunity to work as part of a team. I enjoy being around people, supporting each other, and working towards a common goal.
2. Vitality’s team is overwhelmingly made up of women. How would you say this shapes your experience and the workplace culture here?
Even though working in a team made up mostly of women might seem challenging, at Vitality it’s the opposite. It’s an amazing experience. What makes it even more inspiring is the fact that we all come from different cultures. This diversity brings interesting perspectives and creates a friendly, supportive, and open-minded work environment.
3. What achievement are you most proud of so far (either personal or in the workplace)?
It may not seem like a huge achievement, but personally I’m really proud of starting my studies abroad in a foreign language. It was a big challenge and definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone, but it gave me a lot of confidence and helped me grow as a person.
4. What’s a topic that you’re fascinated with? Or an artist/author/creator you’re always happy to get more content from?
I’m really fascinated by travelling and discovering new places. I find it fascinating to learn about different cultures, especially in Asia – I love the atmosphere, the people, and of course, the amazing food.
5. Tell us a bit about a woman that you admire or find inspiring.
The women who inspire me the most are my mum and my close friends. I admire my mum for her determination in pursuing her goals and for her kind, open heart. My friends inspire me with the way they chase their dreams and work hard to achieve their personal goals. Their strength and passion really motivate me.
6. What are a few of your favourite things?
I really enjoy exploring new places and discovering different cultures. Good music gets me dancing, and I’m definitely a coffee and food lover - nothing beats a great meal with a strong coffee!
