FAQ

What is the difference between hempseed and MCT oil?

Our hempseed carrier oil is a bit thicker and has a more earthy flavour profile. It works best with a pipette dropper and it preserves the flavonoids and terpenes characteristic to hemp. Our MCT (coconut) carrier oil is thinner and works best with a spray applicator. Coconut oil also has a more discreet taste, better suited to let added flavours shine.

Should CBD oils be taken with food?

Our CBD drops and sprays are designed to be taken sub-lingually. This means they are absorbed directly into the blood vessels underneath your tongue, which is why we advise you to hold them for 90 seconds before swallowing. If you simply ingest them directly (with or without food), most of the CBD will be lost through the digestive process before it can be absorbed.

Does CBD oil have any nutritional value?

Our CBD oils and gummy bears are classed as food supplements, but CBD is not considered a nutrient by itself. Some of our oils (Active and Support oils) have added vitamins, botanicals or minerals – you will find the nutritional values for these additional components on their packaging.

Do Vitality CBD Products contain any sugar?

The only Vitality CBD product that contains any sugar is the CBD Gummy Bears. You would get 0.98g of sugar per gummy bear.

Usage Guide

1. Shake the bottle thoroughly before opening. Press cap while turning to open pipette cap OR remove plastic cap from spray head.

2. Measure and drop the CBD oil beneath your tongue using the pipette OR spray the CBD oil beneath your tongue or on the inside of your cheek.

3. Hold the CBD oil under your tongue for at least 90 seconds or until fully absorbed.
