Vitality CBD Delivery
All deliveries placed through the Vitality CBD website are processed and dispatched in the UK. We offer two options for delivery:
Free next-day UK CBD delivery**
- Any orders placed before 3:30 pm on Monday-Thursday for locations within the UK qualify for next-day delivery. On Fridays, any orders placed before 3:30 pm will arrive on Monday, whilst those made after 3:30 pm are expected to arrive the following Tuesday.
*Excludes delivery to Northern Ireland and non-UK mainland. Delivery can take up to 2-3 working days.
**For Next Day Delivery, a £4 shipping fee applies to orders under £10.
EU/EEA CBD delivery is only £5
We offer delivery to any and all EU and EEA nations for £5 for orders worth over £80. When you receive your shipping confirmation we will provide a tracking number for accurate updates. All orders placed should be received within 2 working days*.
Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Vitality CBD has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc.
Import duties, taxes, and other custom's fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
*There’s a chance that your order could be delayed by your country’s customs regulations. Vitality CBD is not responsible for any charges or delays due to customs.
International CBD Delivery
- At this current time, Vitality CBD is not able to fulfil any orders to addresses outside of the EU/EEA.
*Please note international shipping will be temporarily unavailable. This is due to circumstances beyond our control. We apologise for any inconvinience and we want to assure you we're working diligently to find a solution for this matter. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
All of our payments are processed through Viva Wallet, and you can read their terms & conditions here. Payments can be made in any card currency with no fees. Please don’t close the payment page until you’ve been returned to our order confirmation page.
We will only process a return guaranteed in an instance where the wrong order has been dispatched. All other issues will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
The shopper has the right to cancel within fourteen days of receipt of the goods. If the shopper does cancel their order, they will have their payment refunded within 24 hours once the goods are returned & received by Vitality CBD. If the goods have not yet been dispatched, a refund will be issued right away.
Goods must be returned in the state they were sent, unopened & unused. If the shopper has experienced an issue with the product itself, then this issue must first be raised with Vitality CBD before the product is returned.
