How to find your batch number

Wellbeing

For our Well-being range, which includes our popular CBD oils and sprays, you can find the batch number on the card outer packaging. Look on the outer packaging for a small white sticker. The white sticker displays the batch number with the product’s expiration date below.

Active

With our Active oils and muscle rub, you can find the batch number on the outer packaging that contains the bottle of CBD oil or balm. Look for a small white sticker that looks like the image above. The sticker will display the product’s batch number and the expiration date.

Infused

To find the batch number for our Infused range of CBD cosmetics, look on the outer card packaging which contain the product. The batch number is printed directly onto the packaging, often near the barcode. If the product does not come with outer packaging, then check the product bottle/container itself for the batch number.
