Meet the Vitality CBD Team - Irina
If every company has that one spontaneous person, willing to connect with anyone not too busy to look away – that’s Irina for us. In equal measure a dedicated professional and a fun-loving woman full of curiosity and creativity, she’s there with whichever system automation improvement or joke the situation requires.
We followed our own curiosity about Irina with the questions below.
1. Tell us a bit about what you do at Vitality.

I work as the Accounts Receivable Clerk here at Vitality, which means I help keep our financial operations run smoothly, making sure invoices go out accurately and on time, and following up on payments. It might not sound glamorous, but I genuinely enjoy the order and structure it brings. It’s rewarding to know that what I do supports the bigger picture and helps the business stay strong. Plus, there’s something very satisfying about ticking things off a well-organized spreadsheet!
2. Vitality’s team is overwhelmingly made up of women. How would you say this shapes your experience and the workplace culture here?
It creates such a unique and empowering environment. There's a real sense of support, empathy, and understanding that’s hard to come by. We celebrate each other’s wins—big or small—and it feels like everyone has each other’s back. It’s inspiring to be surrounded by so many strong, capable women who are passionate about their work.
3. What achievement are you most proud of so far (either personal or in the workplace)?
One of the achievements I’m most proud of is learning the ropes so quickly in a completely new system, while also saving up for a bigger project. That experience taught me how capable I am when I stay consistent and keep showing up—even on the tough days. It taught me that growth doesn’t always happen loudly—sometimes it’s in the quiet moments of consistency and showing up each day.
4. What’s a topic that you’re fascinated with? Or an artist/author/creator you’re always happy to get more content from?
I’ve always been fascinated by true crime and psychology. I could fall down a rabbit hole of documentaries or podcasts about what makes people tick. It’s a strange mix of curiosity and wanting to understand the "why" behind human behaviour. I’m also a big fan of Louise Hay and Tara Brach—their work brings a real sense of peace, reflection, and insight. It’s a balance: diving into the complexity of the mind while also seeking calm and clarity.
5. Tell us a bit about a woman that you admire or find inspiring.
My grandma is someone I’ve always looked up to—she’s the kind of person who could light up a room with her strength and kindness. She taught me the value of working hard, staying grounded, and always making time for people. I also really admire women like Pink, because she’s unapologetically herself, and J-Lo for how she balances creativity, drive and reinvention so gracefully.
6. What are a few of your favourite things?
A few of my favourites? Definitely dark chocolate and a good coffee. I have a soft spot for cozy playlists—zen music is on repeat for me. And I love being by the water—whether it's a beach or just a quiet lake, it's where I feel most at peace. I’m happiest travelling somewhere warm, with sunshine and great food. When I’m home, I love experimenting in the kitchen—cooking my own way, not really following a recipe, and just seeing what happens. It’s a little creative adventure every time. And when I’m in the mood to unwind or express something, I paint—usually seascapes or whatever’s on my mind, using vivid acrylic colours. It’s a bit messy, but so freeing!
